Job summary

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to join our Digital, Experience & Innovation team in Doha. You will help develop, deliver, support and manage digital products built on Salesforce, collaborating with multiple departments to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.

You’ll coordinate transitions, document user stories, and support go-live, adoption and post-release activities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of enterprise digital products and customer experience impacts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform; prior development experience desirable.
• Proven skills in business analysis and testing in a digital environment.
• Experience in project management, system transition, testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap planning and phased implementation of digital products in Cargo.
• Collect and analyze feedback from sales, operations, and other departments.
• Document current processes and user stories; define enhancements for digital products.
• Identify Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges.
• Assist in delivery phases: requirements, design, configure, go-live, adoption and support.
• Develop solutions in Salesforce through configuration where necessary.
• Document UAT scenarios and assist in test case execution for production releases.
• Engage in post go-live support and change management for the solution.
