Job summary

Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function from Doha. The role partners with the Director of Sales and Marketing to craft sales plans, monitor performance, and close high-value opportunities in the luxury hospitality segment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in a similar role, demonstrated English communication skills, and a track record of achieving revenue targets within a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to drive sales strategy and customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
