Overview Of The Role:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves engaging customers through enthusiastic and energetic service, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and executing various operational tasks as directed by store management. Success in this role is demonstrated through the ability to make a strong positive impression on customers, efficiently manage sales transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping atmosphere. The Sales Associate supports the store's operational excellence and contributes to achieving sales targets.

What You Will Do:

Store Environment Management

• Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment by upholding store standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure visual presentation standards are met consistently.
  

Customer Engagement

• Create a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, welcoming greeting.
• Thank all customers sincerely for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.
  

Customer Service

• Provide customers with current and relevant information about the products.
• Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms, following up with customers timely.
• Attempt to add on to sales to enhance customer satisfaction.
  

Sales Operations

• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offering gift cards and maintaining cash wrap cleanliness.
• Capture customer information in the database to assist with customer relationship management.
  

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and visual standards.
• Capability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and extended standing.
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree required.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
