Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a full-time role focused on rolling stock components such as bogies, couplers, gangways, doors and HVAC systems. The role requires following production plans, performing fault finding, and preparing technical reports while ensuring compliance with HSE and PPE standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mechanical/electrical engineering or process environment.
• Experience in basic fault finding.
• Ability to interpret technical publications and maintenance procedures.
• Good knowledge of tools, equipment, PPE and HSE requirements.
• Knowledge of COSHH.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of TACT, Equinox or CORMAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform overhaul and repair of Bogies, Couplers, Gangways, Doors, HVAC and other Rolling Stock components.
• Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with production plans and approved standards.
• Perform basic fault finding and provide technical support when required.
• Complete maintenance records, work packages and technical documentation accurately.
• Prepare detailed technical and analytical reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PPE, quality and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities and coordinate closely with supervisors and team members
