Qualifications

• Graduate in a technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of Oil & Gas rigging operations experience.
• TUv-certified Rigging Supervisor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily rigging and lifting operations at the site.
• Ensure lifting plans, permits, and risk assessments are in place.
• Verify rigging gear and lifting tools are certified and maintained.
• Coordinate with crane operators and site supervisors for safe lifting.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for rigging teams.
• Monitor lifting activities for HSE compliance.
• Report incidents to the HSE department.
• Maintain documentation for lifting operations and certifications.
