Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant's sales and service within a defined area, ensuring targets are met while maintaining top quality standards. You will manage profitability, compliance with food safety, and daily front/back of house operations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Commercial & Financial acumen: competent in restaurant financial and commercial fundamentals to maximize revenue.
• Leadership & Strategic thinking: building understanding in people managerial skills and developing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restaurant sales, service strategy and results within own area by driving operations to exceed KPIs.
• Enhance customer experience to promote the restaurant's image.
• Adhere to all procedures including Food safety and hygiene.
• Provide feedback to chef and Operations on quality issues to align with brand.
• Conduct daily front/back of house checks for smooth operations.
• Analyze sales performance weekly and monthly and take corrective actions.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement marketing initiatives to boost sales.
• Control stock and minimize wastage while monitoring gross margins.
