Restaurant Manager - Nepali

We are searching for a skilled and talented Nepali Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and be able to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
• Train and supervise employees to maintain high-quality service standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Must be Nepali nationality
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
