Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial performance. Your primary goal will be to maximize profits while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Train and supervise staff in their duties and provide ongoing support and guidance for their professional development
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times by maintaining a positive work environment and resolving any guest concerns or complaints promptly
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
• Manage financial performance by setting sales targets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on market trends or guest feedback
• Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and guests

Requirements
