Job summary

Teyseer Services Company is seeking an experienced HSE professional to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally compliant living and working environment across camps and facilities in Qatar. You will implement HSE policies, conduct inspections and promote safety awareness among staff and residents.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HSE, relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, and at least 5 years of experience in similar settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HSE or related field is required.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in camps or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across camps and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of living and working areas.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards and client requirements.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation and waste management practices to maintain high standards.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare improvement reports.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions for staff and residents.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety signage.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address safety issues promptly.
• Maintain HSE records, permits and documentation.
• Promote a positive safety culture among employees and camp residents.
