Matbakhli seeks an Arabic Culinary & Culture Intern to research, test recipes, document ingredients, and improve bilingual content for our platform. Qualifications

Fluent written Arabic and English communication.

Ability to document measurements and sources accurately.

Responsibilities

Cook and test assigned recipes, document quantities and timings.
Research Arab dishes, ingredients, and regional distinctions.
Edit recipe titles, descriptions, and cultural notes in both languages.
Use AI tools to draft translations and prompts; review for accuracy.
Identify AI output issues and report blockers early.
