Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications or Journalism.
Native or near-native Arabic with strong writing/editing in Modern Standard Arabic and dialects (Egyptian preferred).
Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual evaluation and instruction adherence.
3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.

Responsibilities

Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and responses to guide AI learning across topics, ensuring comprehension of diverse subjects.
Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve model accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
