Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha seeks a Non-Management Recreation Attendant to create engaging activity agendas, recruit guests, manage equipment, and promote a fun atmosphere. The role requires CPR and First Aid certifications, plus experience with recreation facilities and equipment.

You will monitor guest safety, assist injured guests, train staff, and ensure compliance with all policies while delivering exceptional service in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• Experience handling recreation and fitness equipment preferred.
• Certification or training required by local/state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Create activity agendas and promotional materials.
• Inventory supplies and notify manager of low items.
• Recruit, register, and schedule guests for activities.
• Provide information about facilities and activities to guests.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures and assist injured guests.
• Train, coach, and motivate staff; model professional conduct.
• Record accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
