Job summary

CARE N CURE GROUPS is seeking a receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and verify bookings at our Doha location. You will handle inquiries, coordinate reservations, and ensure the lobby remains clean and inviting.

The role requires basic hospitality knowledge and a proactive service mindset. The ideal candidate will maintain professional relationships with guests and staff, support daily operations, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

• Plus Two or Equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality, administration, or facility operations preferred.

Job description

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional, and friendly reception.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, verify booking details, and provide room access or keys.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and service requirements promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and online bookings as required.
• Ensure the reception area, lobby, and other common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor the daily operations of Rivulet and ensure established service and facility standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular checks of guest rooms, apartments, common areas, and facilities to identify cleanliness, maintenance, or safety issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of cleaning, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in checking guest rooms and bathrooms for cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Assist in ensuring bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, toiletries, drinking water, and other guest amenities are replenished as required.
• Ensure public areas, hallways, lobby, doors, windows, furniture, and other facilities are properly maintained.
• Report any damaged, defective, or non-functional equipment, fixtures, or facilities to the concerned supervisor or management.
• Assist in maintaining records related to guests, inventory, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials, guest supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Assist management with basic administrative work, reports, documentation, procurement, and other office-related activities as required.
• Handle guest payments, invoices, and related documentation accurately when assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety, hygiene, security, and operational procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations calmly and immediately inform the concerned management or authorities as required.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with guests, staff, vendors, and service providers.
• Support and implement instructions, policies, procedures, and operational standards issued by Management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the property.
• Possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers/four-wheelers and assist with official operational requirements when required.

Job Qualifications

• Plus Two or Any Equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of hospitality, administration, or facility operations will be preferred.
