Job summary

Qualifications

• M.Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Driving license (2- or 4-wheeler) preferred.

Job description

• Provide financial guidance to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Review business and project performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee Group financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial controls.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget utilization, financial forecasts, and business projections.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, stock, and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and banking relationships.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, profitability, and financial feasibility for L&A Infraz Developers.
• Review and approve project-related financial transactions within delegated authority.
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and long-term financial planning through financial analysis.
• Lead, guide, and supervise the Accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or any other equivalent degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Valid 2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler Driving License preferred.
