Job summary

Sightspectrum in Qatar is looking for a Quality Manager SDET to lead ERP testing initiatives across Oracle ERP Cloud programs. You will own the testing strategy, govern plans, schedules, and quality metrics, and act as the primary customer counterpart to the SI Test Manager.

You will oversee SIT, UAT, data migration, integration, security, performance, and go-live readiness, driving KPI reporting and test-automation governance. Aviation, Retail or Shared Services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Oracle ERP Cloud testing expertise and governance experience.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, data migration, integration, security, and performance testing.
• Strong ability to establish testing governance KPIs and executive reporting.

Job Summary

Oracle ERP Test Manager with 12 years of experience including 5 years leading large Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. Owns the ERP Testing Strategy across all program workstreams and serves as the primary customer counterpart to the System Integrator (SI) Test Manager. Provides governance and oversight of testing plans, schedules, deliverables and quality outcomes. Leads SIT, UAT, Data Migration, Integration, Security, Performance, NFR, Parallel Run, Operational Readiness and Cutoff (Go-Live) testing. Establishes testing governance KPIs, executive reporting, test automation tool governance and test data and environment management. Monitors testing progress, defect resolution and quality metrics to ensure adherence to Oracle best practices. Drives stakeholder and vendor alignment, manages risks and escalates critical issues. Deep Oracle Cloud ERP expertise and large-scale transformation experience required. Aviation, Retail or Shared Services experience preferred.
