Job summary

Diyar United Company is seeking an experienced ERP program leader to drive the national ERP initiative in Doha. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, and benefits while coordinating multiple workstreams including data migration, integrations, testing, and change management.

You will serve as the senior Oracle ERP and technology SME, guiding architecture, security, and design decisions, and will conduct QA of deliverables and governance reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology, Oracle based ERP, program management, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP; Oracle ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in government/public-sector digital transformation, preferably at national or multi-entity level.
• Proven experience reviewing and assuring major technology and ERP deliverables.
• Experience managing large System Integrators and technology vendors.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, Steering Committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the national ERP program, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and benefits.
• Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams including ERP implementation, business transformation, data migration, integrations, testing, change management, and go-live.
• Lead governance and executive reporting, including program status, risks, issues, decisions, and strategic recommendations.
• Act as the senior Oracle ERP and technology SME, providing guidance on solution architecture, integrations, data, security, and ERP design decisions.
• Conduct independent QA and assurance of Program Deliverables including System Integrator deliverables and challenge proposed solutions, designs, assumptions, and technical decisions.
• Assess program readiness across business, architecture, data, integrations, testing, security, operational readiness, cutover, and go-live.
