Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead the QA function for major capital projects. You will drive the implementation of quality systems across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will manage QA engineers and coordinators, ensure Contractor’s quality plans align with contract obligations, and oversee audits, surveillance and quality governance across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Professional quality certifications (ISO Lead Auditor, ASQ, CQE or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience leading QA across EPC/EPCC projects and complex capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Own the Project Quality Assurance framework and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop and implement QA procedures, audits and governance across the project.
