Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is hiring a QA/QC Engineer to act as the quality focal point for CAT III projects, interfacing with EPC contractors and Sub- Contractors. The role covers QA/QC during design, procurement, and construction, including third-party source inspection coordination.

The candidate should hold a Mechanical engineering degree with CSWIP 3.1, NDT Level II, and ISO 9001 auditing expertise, plus offshore certification like TBOSIET/H2S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with QA/QC focus.
• Certified NDT and welding inspection qualifications required.
• ISO 9001:2015 internal/auditor trained or certified.
• Offshore experience on brownfield/greenfield projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities and interface with EPC contractor and stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality verification activities and document QA/QC metrics.
• Review ITPs, PQP, PEP, and other QA/QC procedures for conformance.
• Oversee site inspections onshore/offshore and coordinate resources.
• Ensure compliance with valve and system testing requirements.
