Job summary

Confidential in Doha seeks a driven candidate for the Membership, Licensing & Trade team to support the global trade certification process and collaborate with government entities, customs authorities, and international stakeholders from day one.

You will assist in registration, renewals, and approvals, verify documents, and help maintain records while preparing dashboards and briefing notes to support compliance and digital initiatives. Strong English/Arabic and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or early-career (0–2 years)
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, International Relations, Law, Economics, Supply Chain, Public Administration, or related field
• Strong Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, organized, and professional, with high integrity and confidentiality
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team

Responsibilities
