Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, management, education, or related discipline; QF alumni preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience; 5+ years in higher education, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, strategy, CSR, or ecosystem development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the National Impact strategy aligned with Qatar Foundation priorities and Qatar National Vision 2030.
• Identify strategic opportunities for HEC Paris expertise to contribute to national priorities through education, research, and public engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, QF, academia, businesses and community organizations.
• Design and manage public lectures, forums, policy dialogues, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Develop indicators, monitor KPIs, and produce impact reports for senior management and Qatar Foundation.
