Job summary

HEC Paris in Qatar seeks a National Impact Manager to develop and lead the local impact strategy, aligning with Qatar Foundation priorities and Qatar National Vision 2030. This role focuses on partnerships, stakeholder engagement, knowledge-sharing, and community initiatives to create measurable value for Qatar.

You will drive cross‑sector collaboration with academia, industry, and public bodies, developing programs and reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent with substantial relevant experience in higher education or public affairs.
• 5+ years in higher education, public affairs, strategy, or ecosystem development.
• QF alumni preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead National Impact strategy aligned with national priorities.
• Manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement across Qatar Foundation, government, academia and industry.
• Design and deliver public lectures, policy dialogues, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Coordinate alumni, student and participant engagement activities.
• Produce impact reports with KPIs and recommendations for improvement.
