HEC Paris in Qatar is seeking a National Impact Manager in Doha to develop and lead the local impact strategy aligned with Qatar Foundation priorities and Qatar National Vision 2030. You will work across government, academia, businesses and public sectors to create measurable social, educational and economic value through partnerships, events, research dissemination, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, management, education, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in higher education, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, strategy, corporate social responsibility, foundations, or ecosystem development.
• QF alumni preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver the National Impact strategy aligned with national priorities.
• Identify strategic opportunities for HEC Paris expertise to contribute to national priorities through education, research, and public engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, Qatar Foundation, academia, businesses, and community organizations.
• Design and manage public lectures, executive forums, policy dialogues, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Develop and deliver research dissemination activities, innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, and cross-campus collaborations.
• Develop meaningful indicators to measure reach and outcomes; produce periodic impact reports.
