Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Core Banking Applications Analyst to support and maintain the organization’s software applications portfolio, ensuring robust deployment and reliable operation of banking software systems.

The role requires solid experience in web and mobile application development within financial services, with hands-on work on core banking applications, including IBM System i, and a track record of delivering quality solutions under SLAs. Training in related systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in financial services with web/mobile app development.
• Experience with core banking applications including IBM System i.
• Training or certifications in related systems technology.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organization’s software applications repository.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers and system owners on development, testing and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliver timely, accurate data to auditors and controls teams.
• Develop and implement improvements to existing applications and integration with bank systems.
