Job summary

Bornan Sports Technology in Doha is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our digital products across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to deliver reliable software throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include designing and executing test plans, maintaining test documentation, and identifying defects in project management tools. You will help improve QA processes and coordinate validation sessions with clients as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA / software testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing best practices and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience building structured test case lists and test documentation.
• Ability to work across multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Technology-agnostic approach to testing across platforms.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Dev and Stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and maintain test cases, test plans and test lists for digital products.
• Execute manual testing across functional, regression, integration and end-to-end scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to translate requirements into test coverage.
• Identify, document and track defects in project management tools (e.g., GitHub).
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide QA input early in development.
• Communicate testing progress, risks and blockers to stakeholders.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.
• Coordinate validation sessions with clients and external stakeholders when needed.
