Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a QA leader to own the design and continuous improvement of QA frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation standards across all support functions, including Pakistan-based CS and QA teams.

You will define what great QA looks like, align QA with defect taxonomy, and translate QA data into actionable CX strategy, partnering with Live Ops, product, and regional teams to reduce defects and elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, CX strategy, operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of Snoonu’s QA frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation standards across all support functions, including CS and QA teams.
