Job summary

Scale is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive socialization and amplification of government partnerships across Qatar, the GCC, and beyond. You will bridge Scale and government entities, turning high-stakes AI projects into high-visibility success stories and leading marketing execution for the Qatar partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Customer Marketing, preferably within B2G, High-touch Enterprise SaaS or Consulting.
• Public Sector Savvy: experience navigating government agencies and polished communication for senior officials.
• Storytelling excellence: proven ability to turn technical deployments into compelling narratives.
• Cultural & regional nuance: familiarity with GCC business landscape and Qatar/Middle East institutions.
• Autonomy & velocity: thrive in a high-velocity environment with senior stakeholders.
• Collaboration: work across time zones and functions to gather information.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and/or verbal).

Responsibilities

• Produce the content that tells our story: case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, thought leadership, web copy, and presentations.
• Evangelize national impact by packaging success stories for government partners.
• Support product & customer marketing: localize messaging and collateral for public-sector buyers in the region.
• Steward our brand: maintain brand voice across touchpoints from emails to homepage.
• Support launches & campaigns: develop materials and copy for new solutions and campaigns.
• Support market entry: collaborate with GPS Leads for go-to-market in new markets and enablement.
• Create alignment across sales, product, and delivery to keep projects moving.
