Job summary

Scale is expanding its Global Public Sector team in Qatar to drive AI-enabled transformations for government and large public-sector accounts. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and win major opportunities, shaping high-level AI visions and business cases that demonstrate value.

The role requires selling AI products/services, building trust with senior government stakeholders, and delivering compelling proposals and workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public sector sales or consulting experience.
• Experience selling AI products or services.
• Proven ability to shape and close multi-hundred-thousand to multi-million USD deals.

Responsibilities

• Work with Scale Leadership and cross-functional teams on Qatar GTM strategy.
• Identify impactful AI solutions with potential clients and scope vision for AI implementations.
• Demonstrate value and impact of AI applications to client stakeholders.
• Navigate complex organizations and build trusted relationships to move opportunities to signed deals.
• Create executive-level materials and proposals for AI opportunities.
• Design and execute AI workshops and demos (e.g., Replit/Lovable).
• Measure and communicate impact and value of AI deployments.
