Job summary

Scale seeks an entrepreneurial Product Manager of AI Applications for the Global Public Sector to own large AI projects for government clients outside the United States. You will lead a cross-functional team to design, build and deploy bespoke AI solutions powered by the Scale GenAI Platform.

Based in Qatar, you will engage with clients, define workshops, prioritize features, evaluate models, and drive revenue impact while staying current with AI research and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with the client to define custom AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional development of AI applications and custom LLMs with diverse stakeholders (Engineering + Ops + Go-to-Market).
• Consistently engage with future end-users to solicit feedback and ensure prioritization.
• Stay up to date with latest research in applied AI and training custom LLMs.
• Scope out model evaluation sets and performance requirements, iterate on the solution.
• Give regular progress updates to the client and International Public Sector leadership.
