Job summary

Scale seeks a New Grad Software Engineer in Doha, Qatar. You will own meaningful customer-facing features from day one, shipping and iterating with direct customer input.

You will join the Global Public Sector team developing AI-powered applications for public sector use cases. Ideal candidates have a CS/EECS/CE/Statistics background with internship experience and comfort building web apps, APIs, and data pipelines using Python, Typescript, React, and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EECS/CE/Statistics, Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Product engineering experience: full-stack web apps, APIs, customer interactions.
• Previous Product/Software Engineering internship experience.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Experience processing large data sets with Python/Typescript/React/MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful customer-facing software features from day one.
• Ship products, talk directly to customers, and iterate rapidly.
• Collaborate with Scale's Global Public Sector team on AI-powered projects.
• Develop, test, and deploy features that scale to millions of users.
