Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an experienced PTW Receiver (QELNG V9) to join our Ras Laffan team. The role focuses on obtaining and managing QELNG Permit to Work for various site activities while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and site safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site supervisors, engineers, and safety officers, conducting pre-work inspections, maintaining permit records, and supporting toolbox talks and risk assessments in a fast-paced oil & gas environment.

Qualifications

• Valid QE PTW V9 Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a PTW Receiver in the oil & gas sector (preferably Ras Laffan/QELNG).
• Good understanding of site safety standards and permit systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

We are seeking an experienced PTW Receiver (QELNG V9) to join our team at Ras Laffan. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining and managing work permits, ensuring all site activities are conducted safely and in compliance with QELNG standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply for, obtain, and manage QELNG Permit to Work (PTW V9) for various site activities.

Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and safety officers to ensure all work is carried out under valid permits.

Conduct site inspections prior to work commencement to ensure safety requirements are met.

Ensure compliance with client HSE policies and permit conditions at all times.

Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately to the supervisor or HSE department.

Maintain records of all permits issued, used, and closed.

Support the team in daily toolbox meetings and risk assessments.

Requirements:

Valid QE PTW V9 Certification (mandatory).

Proven experience as a PTW Receiver in the oil & gas sector (preferably in Ras Laffan/QELNG projects).

Good understanding of site safety standards and work permit systems.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
