Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a PTW Supervisor to oversee the Permit to Work process in Qatar, ensuring alignment with QE standards and safety requirements. You will coordinate with operations, HSE, and site teams to verify permits, control risks, and enforce safe work practices on project sites.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering (DAE) or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of hands-on PTW experience and strong communication in English and Hindi. NEBOSH/IOSH certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Engineering (DAE) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling Permit to Work systems.
• In-depth knowledge of QE PTW systems and safety standards.
• Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the PTW process in compliance with QE standards.
• Verify and authorize permits before work execution.
• Ensure all safety measures and controls are in place prior to issuing permits.
• Coordinate with operations, HSE, and project teams for PTW implementation.
• Monitor activities to ensure PTW compliance and report violations.
• Provide training and guidance on PTW procedures and safety.
