Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced PTW Coordinator for Qatar to support Hook-Up and Commissioning on major oil and gas projects. You will act as the PTW focal point, coordinating permit planning, review, and closure while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in PTW coordination in oil & gas.
• Experience with greenfield/brownfield projects in oil & gas.
• In-depth knowledge of PTW procedures, isolation design, CSE and gas test protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary PTW focal point during Hook-Up and Commissioning.
• Coordinate PTW planning, submission, approval, execution and closure per procedures.
• Verify PTW applications and documentation before submission to PTW Office.
• Maintain accurate PTW status tracking and reporting via dashboards.
• Review risk assessments, TRA, HAZID, isolation plans, CSE permits and gas tests.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare PTW reports and liaise with project management and operations.
