Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha, Qatar seeks a seasoned PTW Co-Ordinator to lead Permit to Work coordination during Hook-Up and Commissioning of major compression projects. You will own PTW planning, ensure alignment with HSE and project schedules, and act as the site focal point for all permits during HUC.

The role requires broad oil and gas experience, strong knowledge of PTW procedures, asset handover documentation, and coordination with EPC contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years of relevant experience in a similar PTW/co-ordinator role with field equipment exposure.
• Broad knowledge of Oil & Gas onshore/offshore projects (greenfield & brownfield).
• In-depth knowledge of PTW procedures, isolation design, CSE & gas test protocols.
• Experience coordinating PTW delivery across large EPC contracts and multiple project phases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTW coordination for Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) activities.
• Link PTW preparation with HSE requirements and work execution.
• Audit permits and certificates for compliance with PTW systems.
• Attend PTW coordination and SIMOPS meetings and align with project schedules.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting and manage contractor SUBCO/permit progress.
• Close permits per PTW procedures and maintain site alignment.
