Job summary

Candidzone L.L.C. in Doha seeks an experienced Project Planner to lead scheduling for a hospitality-building project in Qatar. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules, aligning with project requirements and milestones.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, GCC experience with consultancies, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong analytical and coordination skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• GCC experience with consultancy firms is required; hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in line with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Identify potential delays, scheduling conflicts, and critical activities.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and planning updates.
• Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of key activities.
• Review project schedules, work programs, and progress submissions.
• Maintain accurate planning records and provide regular updates to management.
