• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams to ensure adherence to methodology.
• Manage project scope changes, ensuring they are thoroughly documented and approved.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and schedule constraints
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (engineers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders) to define project requirements, allocate resources, estimate project timelines and set deliverables
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure project success
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively mitigating potential roadblocks and providing solutions to ensure successful project progress
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including updates on project health, risks, and issues
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams and ensure adherence that methodology's practices and ceremonies are followed
• Manage project scope changes, ensuring that they are thoroughly documented, reviewed, and approved by stakeholders
