One Thousand Walls Interiors & Decoration W.L.L is seeking a Project Engineer Civil Fit-Out to lead site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure high-quality, safe execution on our interior fit-out projects. You will liaise with main and sub-contractors, review drawings and specifications, and support the Project Manager with technical issues and progress updates.

The ideal candidate brings 8 years of civil and interior fit-out experience, Gulf/Middle East exposure, and strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 8 years of relevant experience in civil and interior fit-out projects.
• Experience working in Gulf countries / Middle East is preferred.
• Experience in multinational teams is preferred.
• Qatar / Gulf region experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communication and coordination between all project parties.
• Review drawings, specifications and materials for accurate execution.

Objective Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer Civil Fit-Out who is results-driven detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment The ideal candidate will manage site operations coordinate with contractors and ensure civil and fit-out works are executed to the highest quality and safety standards

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution Coordination

Manage communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project Review drawings specifications and materials to ensure accurate execution Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth task completion and adherence to site regulations Support the Project Manager in resolving technical issues and providing updates on project progress

Site Supervision

Oversee daily site operations including supervising site labor and subcontractors Act as the main technical advisor on-site for civil and fit-out work Ensure that all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project standards Work effectively within multi-national project teams

Quality Compliance

Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship Ensure adherence to health safety and security regulations at all times Identify site issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Documentation Reporting

Maintain accurate records of site activities inspections and materials Prepare daily reports and communicate progress updates to the Project Manager

Education Experience and Skills

Education

Bachelors degree in civil engineering Advanced degrees or professional certifications in construction management are a plus

Experience

8 years of relevant experience in civil and interior fit-out projects Experience working in multi-national teams preferred Experience in Gulf countries Middle East required

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of civil works and interior fit-out construction processes Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Ability to interpret drawings specifications and construction documents Knowledge of health safety and quality standards in construction
