Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex enterprise projects from initiation to completion in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a university graduate with PMP or Prince2 certification, 5–10 years of PM experience, and proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Trello.

Qualifications

• University graduate in a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of project management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills with dual-language Arabic & English.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and risks.
• Secure resources and budget approvals.
• Create schedules and WBS; assign tasks and responsibilities.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Ensure project scope aligns with objectives and track performance.
• Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
• Lead and motivate project teams; foster collaboration.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
