Job summary

Ooredoo Fintech in Doha is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Data Privacy Programme, coordinating policy, process and technology workstreams to meet regulatory requirements and audit findings. You will partner with business and technical owners to deliver outcomes with evidence of completion, manage delivery of technology changes, and maintain action closures with Risk & Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in banking, fintech or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering data privacy, governance, regulatory compliance or related technology programmes across functions.
• Working knowledge of consent, data subject requests, classification, retention and security controls; Qatar financial services or QCB experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and executive reporting; proficiency in Microsoft 365; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated plan across programme work packages, distinguishing discovery, policy approval and implementation milestones.
• Coordinate Risk & Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data Management, Operations and external suppliers; confirm owners and delivery commitments.
• Track milestones, dependencies, resources, costs and actions; resolve delivery blockers and escalations.
• Run programme reviews and prepare concise progress reports for the sponsor, PMO and management committees.
• Manage delivery of approved technology changes with technical owners, covering requirements, development, integration, testing, control validation, deployment and handover.
• Maintain completion evidence and track closure of regulatory and audit actions with Risk & Compliance.

What We're Looking For

• At least 7 years of project management experience, including delivery in banking, fintech or another regulated environment.
• Experience delivering data privacy, data governance, regulatory compliance or related technology programmes across multiple functions.
• Working knowledge of consent, data subject requests, classification, retention and security controls; Qatar financial services or QCB experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and executive reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project tracking tools; PMP preferred.
