• Demonstrated ability to achieve client KPIs and contractual milestones.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Review technical reports, engineering proposals, maintenance strategies, and system performance analyses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
• Prepare project reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly Siemens BMS or equivalent platforms, combined with proven project and team management experience.
