Al Khalaf Group is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities in Doha. You will review drawings, specifications, and BOQs while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Familiarity with Qatar construction standards, HSE requirements, and consultant coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities and monitor progress against approved schedules.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with designs, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Identify technical issues, delays, and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants and authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation including method statements and material approvals.
• Support project cost control, variation assessments, and timely milestones completion.

Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and supervise construction project activities, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily construction activities and monitor project progress against approved schedules.


• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents.


• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and HSE requirements.


• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.


• Identify technical issues, delays, and potential risks, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.


• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.


• Ensure proper documentation, including method statements, inspection requests, and material approvals.


• Support project cost control, variation assessments, and timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in Qatar.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.


• Familiarity with Qatar construction standards, HSE requirements, and consultant coordination.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.


• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.


• Candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID are preferred.
