Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an accomplished Construction Project Manager in Qatar to lead the construction phase and multidisciplinary supervision teams, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

You will coordinate interfaces among authorities, designers, clients and operations, with strong focus on risk mitigation, safety and quality across all activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• MOFA attestation and engineering registration for Qatar.
• Qualifications from IITs, NITs, BITS, SPA or CEPT preferred.
• 8–10+ years of post‑contract construction management or supervision.
• Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.
• Registration eligibility for candidates based in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction contractors throughout the construction phase.
• Lead the multidisciplinary supervision team and manage day-to-day project operations.
• Ensure project delivery within the approved scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor contractor progress and performance against project requirements, specs and quality standards.
• Identify construction and project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize schedule and budget impacts.
• Ensure safe delivery of works in accordance with HSE requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee site inspections, quality reviews and inspection/testing activities.
• Coordinate site interfaces between contractors, authorities, designers, clients and operational teams.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
• Track project KPIs and recommend corrective actions where required.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Nationality: Indian
• Age Limit: 30-40 years
• Education: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited Indian university, with the qualification acceptable to Qatar’s relevant authorities for recognition, MOFA attestation and engineering registration.
• Qualifications from IITs, NITs, BITS , SPA or CEPT are preferred.
• Certification. Valid PMP certification issued by PMI Experience.
• 8-10 + years of relevant experience; Qatar/GCC experience is an added advantage
• Area of experience: Post-contract construction management or construction supervision UPDA/MMUP.
• Valid registration required for candidates already based in Qatar.
• For candidates recruited from India, registration eligibility should be verified.
• Training and awareness: Training in construction management and project consultancy preferred; awareness of information security requirements and controls required.
• Software Literacy: Proficiency in project management and collaboration platforms, such as Procore, Aconex, Primavera P6 and MS Project.
