Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Associate Project Controls professional to support major infrastructure projects, focusing on schedule management, cost analysis and performance reporting to ensure efficient delivery.

You will develop and maintain schedules with Primavera P6 and MS Project, analyze data, prepare forecasts and reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with project managers on control procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 20 years of experience in project controls or related roles.
• PMP certification preferred.
• On-site in Doha.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate reporting and documentation
• Contribute to the development of project control procedures
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Support change management processes and impact assessments
• Maintain project documentation and databases
• Participate in review meetings and provide performance insights
