Job summary

Role Overview

Primarily responsible for operating and monitoring upstream and downstream equipment to ensure effective process flow, following familiarization with company equipment and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow established operational procedures and standards
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams for shutdowns and isolations
• Take initiative in process corrective actions and support emergency response activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational requirements

Reporting Line

Reports to Production Foreman

Work Conditions

• 28/28 offshore rotation
• 12-hour shift cycle

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

High School Graduate with a relevant vocational training programme (internal or external candidates).

Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operator in the oil & gas sector or LNG operations.

Technical & Communication Skills

• Strong command of English (verbal & written)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over plant radio networks
