Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking an Al Maha Hostess for Lounge at Hamad International Airport. Deliver premium service and greet customers, supporting Senior Hostess and ensuring smooth lounge operations.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in premium hospitality, high school graduation, and English communication skills to liaise with Immigration, Airlines, and other teams while maintaining exceptional product knowledge of Al Maha Services.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required; hospitality/service-related education is an added advantage.
• Experience in a premium hospitality/service environment preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in hospitality/service settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium level of customer service in the lounge and assist guests with inquiries.
• Liaise with Immigration, QAS, Airlines, and internal teams to process guest requirements.
• Promote Al Maha Services knowledge and ensure seamless operations and service quality.
• Assist Senior Hostess and cover duties in their absence to maintain service levels.
