Qualifications

• No formal education required; basic reading of labels is a plus.
• Previous experience in chocolate preparation, food presentation, gift packaging, or related roles is preferred but not required.
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail is essential.
• Good hand coordination and ability to handle delicate products.
• Able to follow designs, instructions and customer requirements accurately.
• Must be organized, reliable and a team player.
• Able to stand for long periods and work during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Design and arrange chocolate trays, gift boxes, and product presentations per company standards.
• Select items based on customer requests, product type, quantity and occasion.
• Ensure chocolates are presented neatly and attractively.
• Prepare customized trays and special orders per specifications.
• Maintain consistent portioning, spacing, and colors across presentations.
• Check items for quality, appearance, freshness and packaging integrity.
• Add ribbons, decorations, and labels as required.
• Keep work area and tools clean and organized.
• Coordinate with sales and production to complete orders on schedule.
