Qualifications

• Technical background or relevant experience in machine operation.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and other technical documents.
• Familiarity with lathes, mills and grinders and related machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good condition.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Meet production quotas and keep the workstation clean and organized.
