Job summary

InstaCreative India is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in Lusail to operate lathes, mills and grinders with precision. You will monitor, adjust and maintain equipment, ensuring consistent quality and safety in daily production.

Ideal candidates have technical machine operation experience, can read blueprints, and maintain attention to detail. This contract role offers night/weekend flexibility and accommodation during the contract period.

Qualifications

We are in search of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Lusail As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery such as lathes mills and grinders This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs as needed
• Ensure that production quotas are met consistently
• Keep work area clean and organized for safe and efficient operation

Requirements

• Technical background or relevant experience in machine operation
• Ability to read blueprints schematics and other technical documents
• Familiarity with different types of machinery such as lathes mills and grinders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials when necessary
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating machinery
• Ability to operate multiple types of machinery simultaneously

This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month. This position is suitable for men who are looking for an English-speaking job opportunity in Lusail.
