MasterFix Solutions in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate various machinery, set up according to specifications, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and proven operator experience, with strong troubleshooting and safety awareness. This full-time role offers visa sponsorship and requires working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lusail Qatar. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
• Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running smoothly
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running at their best
• Keep records of production output and machine maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Technical skills and knowledge of different types of machinery used in manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Good understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements within Lusail
