MasterFix Solutions in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate various machinery, set up according to specifications, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and proven operator experience, with strong troubleshooting and safety awareness. This full-time role offers visa sponsorship and requires working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong safety awareness in a manufacturing environment.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines used in the production process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running smoothly.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good condition.
• Keep records of production output and machine maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
