Job summary

Alftek in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Financial Affairs Expert for Public-Private Partnership infrastructure projects. You will own all financial aspects of PPP contracts, ensure IPSAS 32 compliance, and lead financial structuring and affordability assessments across the project lifecycle.

The role requires deep project finance experience in a public sector context, strong model maintenance skills, and the ability to guide procurement and financial decisions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Cost Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar preferred.
• Professional membership of RICS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report all financial aspects of PPP project contracts and IPSAS 32 compliance.
• Review and validate financial models across feasibility, proposal, and bidding phases for affordability and risk allocation.
• Regularly update financial models during the project lifecycle.
